Colorado has had the National Champion blue spruce in the past but lost that title to a large blue spruce in Utah. Wouldn’t it be grand to reclaim the national title for our state tree! If you know where there is a large blue spruce contact your nearest city or state forestry office (See the List of Verifiers) to help you measure it. You could be responsible for nominating the next National Champion!
